    ह्यूमन राइट्स प्रोटेक्शन सेल (HRPC) में आपका स्वागत है।

    Welcome to the Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC)

    ⚖️ HRPC द्वारा अधिवक्ताओं को उनकी योग्यता के आधार पर ब्लॉक लीगल एडवाइजर, जिला लीगल एडवाइजर, संभाग लीगल एडवाइजर, राज्य लीगल एडवाइजर एवं राष्ट्रीय लीगल एडवाइजर के रूप में मनोनीत किया जाता है। (HRPC nominates advocates as Block Legal Advisor, District Legal Advisor, Division Legal Advisor, State Legal Advisor, and National Legal Advisor based on their qualifications.)

    ✅ 30 मई 2025 तक, इन सभी पदों के लिए ₹100 सदस्यता शुल्क माफ किया गया है। (Until 30th May 2025, the ₹100 membership fee for these positions has been waived)

    ✅ इस पहल का उद्देश्य देश के प्रत्येक जिले में HRPC के कानूनी सलाहकारों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को पूरा करना है। (This initiative aims to complete the legal advisor appointment process in every district across the country under HRPC.)

    📍 लीगल एडवाइजर की जिम्मेदारियां और अवसर: (Responsibilities and Opportunities for Legal Advisors:)

    ✅ सम्बंधित ब्लॉक, जिला, संभाग या राज्य से प्राप्त शिकायतों में कानूनी सहायता प्रदान करना। (Providing legal assistance in complaints received from the concerned block, district, division, or state.)

    ✅ शिकायतकर्ता, लीगल एडवाइजर को अपने वकील के रूप में नियुक्त कर सकते हैं।(The complainant can appoint the Legal Advisor as their lawyer.)

    ✅ HRPC के ट्रेनिंग सेशन्स में भाग लेकर अपने अनुभव नागरिकों के साथ साझा करने का अवसर।(Opportunity to participate in HRPC training sessions and share experiences with citizens.)

    ✅ उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले अधिवक्ताओं को प्रशंसा पत्र या पारिश्रमिक प्रदान किया जा सकता है।(Advocates who perform exceptionally well may receive appreciation certificates or honorariums.)

    ✅ कानूनी क्षेत्र में बेहतरीन योगदान देने वाले अधिवक्ताओं को राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन, दिल्ली में माननीय कानून मंत्री या अन्य गणमान्य अतिथियों द्वारा सम्मानित किया जाएगा।(Advocates making outstanding contributions in the legal field will be honoured by the Honourable Law Minister or other distinguished guests at the National Convention in Delhi.)
