The webinar is conducted in a structured and time-bound manner as per the following schedule. The live streaming of the webinar begins at 8:00 PM. Thereafter, a period of 05 minutes is provided for all members and speakers to join the session. During this initial period, the moderator gives a brief self-introduction and informs all participants about the webinar code of conduct and essential guidelines. It is clearly instructed that all participants keep their microphones and cameras switched off during the speakers’ addresses. Members who wish to ask questions are invited to present their queries sequentially during the Q&A session. Subsequently, a brief introduction of the Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC), along with the webinar topic and webinar number, is presented by the moderator. Thereafter, the Chief Guest and the Keynote Speaker are formally introduced, and the Keynote Speaker is invited to deliver the address on the designated topic. The keynote address is limited to a maximum duration of 30 minutes, during which comprehensive training, practical guidance, and key insights related to the subject are provided. Following the address, a Question & Answer session is conducted for a maximum duration of 30 minutes. During this session, members are given the opportunity to raise their questions one by one.
