🏨 Special Arrangements:

1️⃣ Common Hotel Facility:

HRPC will arrange shared 3-star hotel accommodation for all participants, along with bus transportation to and from the event venue.

2️⃣ Delhi Sightseeing – 11th December 2025:

Interested participants can join an optional sightseeing tour of Delhi’s key landmarks, organized by HRPC:
• Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Participants will be dropped off at the railway station after the tour
➡️ Separate charges apply. Booking link will be available on the registration page. This is optional.

📦 Additional Information:

• If a registered participant is unable to attend the event, the complete event kit/materials will be couriered to their address.
  • Names and photos of all registered participants will be published in the convention souvenir.
  • The event will also be broadcast live, allowing participation from audiences across India and abroad.
