National Science Day Celebrated at P.S. Deshmukh English Medium School, Shahapur (District Thane)

Shahapur Date 28 Feb 2026 : On the occasion of National Science Day, a meaningful and inspiring program was organized at P. S. Deshmukh English Medium School Shahapur, Shahapur, District Thane, under the leadership of Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC).
The objective of the program was to promote scientific temper, logical thinking, and innovation among students. The importance of science, the need for research, and the role of scientific advancement in nation-building were highlighted during the event. Students actively participated and expressed keen interest in scientific learning and inquiry.
The program was graced by Darshanakaur, Block President (Nashik West), who encouraged students to adopt science as a powerful tool for progress and social development.
School Principal Mr. Jagdish Madke addressed the gathering and emphasized that science education builds confidence, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset among students. Mrs. Archana Shetti and all teachers extended their full cooperation in making the event successful.
