1. Scope

This policy applies to all physical items sent by HRPC, including:

  • Membership ID cards

  • Certificates

  • Printed awareness materials (if applicable)

  • Other official documents or HRPC merchandise (if introduced in the future)


2. Processing Time

  • All eligible items (such as ID cards and certificates) are processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of membership payment and receipt of required documents (payment slip and ID proof).

  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances. Members will be notified in such cases.


3. Delivery Method

  • Items are sent via registered post, courier, or suitable delivery partners depending on the region.

  • A tracking number may be provided upon request (if applicable).


4. Delivery Time

  • Within India: 5 to 15 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, particularly in rural or remote areas.


5. Shipping Charges

  • In most cases, the shipping cost is included in the membership fee or donation.

  • HRPC reserves the right to charge additional fees for bulk shipments or international requests (if applicable).


6. Undelivered or Returned Items

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the member, reshipping charges may apply.

  • Members are requested to verify and confirm their postal address accurately at the time of registration.


7. No Express or International Shipping (Currently)

  • At this time, HRPC does not offer express delivery or international shipping.

  • All deliveries are made only within India.
